3-month programs are great for weight-loss, race preparation & getting back into shape!
Programs include private training sessions, nutrition counseling & stress management. All programs are individualized to meet each clients fitness goals.
3-month program with 2 training sessions/week $255.00 or $85.00/month
3-month program with 3 training sessions/week $330.00 or $110.00/month
3-month program with 4 training sessions/week $405.00 or $135.00/month
